cpc iron core linear motors, designed for high-acceleration applications,
offer high force density, easy heat dissipation, low cogging
force and smart features like a heat dissipation casing and built-in hall sensor and over-temperature switch.
Heat dissipation design
In a cpc iron core motor the outer casing is made of
aluminum, increasing heat dissipation area and lowering
thermal resistance.
Low cogging
By skewing the magnets the transition zone
characteristics can be refined. Using advanced software
analysis cpc arrived at a design with low cogging force to
achieve higher precision motion control.
By using the MOST software to input motion conditions, we can calculate the
corresponding moment of inertia based on combinations of basic shapes,
thereby determining the suitable motor model.
